Loved the open air shower.Posted on Airbnb Jocelyn3 April 2024Verified magic. we had a perfect little romantic stay. the bed … omg so comfortable… and the rain was a blessing ‘cause it was an excuse to laze around in the barn beside the fire, holding hands, reading & sipping vino. we had the age dried beef for dinner - and swooned - soooo good. thanks for a special couple of days. xoPosted on Airbnb Courteney3 April 2024Verified Beautiful place to stay. We upgraded the morning of the stay to the villa with the hot tub which we were super happy about. Wonderful spot. Would stay again for sure!Posted on Airbnb Mithilesh3 April 2024Verified Just an amazing place. The hosts Lynne and Paul were very lovely. The whole glamping experience is one to keep going back for. The property is beautiful, the barn is cosy and fully equipped if you want to cook. The tents are big enough for a wonderful stay and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is just purely therapeutic.Posted on Airbnb Edwina2 April 2024Verified A lovely well organised place to stay. We loved the diy barbecue- the best salmon I have ever had. The king beds were incredible- so comfortable. The tents were deceptively bigger than expected. Lynne and Paul were wonderful welcoming hosts. Thank you.Load more
Posted on Google Ian James5 May 2026 Enjoyed a fantastic couple of nights staying in the Villa accommodation. The views were stunning and the wood fired sauna and spa were the highlight of the time spent at Little Cove Co Retreat. The breakfasts were fabulous and we couldn't recommend staying here more highly.Posted on Google Paul Cleary27 April 2026 Lynne & Paul were perfect hosts and we had a 4 night stay in the amazing Rockpool Residence which was one of the best places we've ever stayed. We wish we had another week at least. We loved the spa and pool and also the sauna overlooking the ocean. The kids completely loved it and didn't want to leave either. The food and breakfasts were sensational and the BBQ pack was one of the best we've had with salads freshly sourced from the garden. We can't wait to return for a longer stay when we return next time. Thanks again.Posted on Google Millie20 April 2026 Little Beach is a stunning location, we loved our stay in the Glamping Pods. The Pod is cosy, but still has room to move around, and has a tall ceiling. It was warm and the bed was very comfortable. The Bath house is a generous size, and a stunning building; made the concept of a ‘shared bathroom’ feel luxurious. Keeping in mind this is still an outdoor experience, we knew exactly what we were walking into based off all the information on the website. The highlight was the Sauna, the private decking overlooking the ocean was fantastic!. The Barn was a great spot to hangout in, they had card and board games to keep you entertained and access to tea and coffee 24hrs. We purchased a DIY bbq pack, they had cooked half of it already, my partner just had to chuck some prawns on the bbq and we were good to go!, we were also very happy with the breakfast options that were available to purchase. There is a full outdoor kitchen/bbq area, so if you were staying for longer you could also cook your own meals out there too. The team at Little Beach Co were very friendly and eager to accommodate, we can’t wait for our next visit!Posted on Google Anthony Aley13 April 2026 Had the best stay at Rockpool Residence. Can't wait to returnPosted on Google Chayenne10 April 2026 What Lynne and Paul have created here is something truly special: a beautifully appointed space that feels like staying at your wonderfully eclectic, artsy aunt’s home. The glamping dome was spacious enough for two people and incredibly cozy. I was worried about the cold, but the quilted insulated walls, large space heater, and heated blankets kept us perfectly warm even as the temperature dropped at night. And the tent smelled amazing—like eucalyptus! Our site included a deck with chairs and a firepit pre-stocked with firewood. Before booking, I had read a few reviews and wanted to address a couple of points now that we’ve stayed. Check-in is at 3pm—which is completely standard. Lynne handles it personally, and gives everyone her full attention. We happily entertained ourselves playing fetch with her two lovely, well-trained dogs. The barn/main house is open to guests 24/7 and has a cozy, industrial-eclectic vibe with wraparound bistro seating. Freshly ground coffee (with multiple French presses), tea, milk, and sugar provided. Dinner deserves its own paragraph because it was, without exaggeration, one of the best meals of our entire trip. Here’s how it works: there’s a fridge stocked with beautiful cuts of meat and fish (pork chops, tomahawks, basa fillets, etc.). You pick and pay for what you’d like and cook it yourself on the large blacktop outside, while Lynne prepares fresh sides. Since she runs this almost entirely on her own, dinner is served within a set window (6–7pm) so that the sides can be enjoyed fresh. We chose scotch fillets, which Lynne expertly butchered to our preferred size (she was very gracious about helping us stay price-conscious). The value was honestly better than what we would’ve paid at a restaurant. She kindly set aside our sides for us since we had a late lunch and said we wouldn’t be ready to eat until after 7. Everything was fresh-picked that day from her greenhouse: dressed salad, herb potatoes, and fresh baked bread. There’s even a fantastic iron display above the grill with instructions for cooking steak on the blacktop—temperature, timing, everything. We followed it and had perfectly cooked steaks within minutes. It was such a fun, interactive dining experience. We woke up the next morning still talking about how good dinner was—especially after days of overpriced pub food on the road. Simple, fresh ingredients cooked well. That’s all it takes, people! The sauna was another highlight. Overlooking the ocean, with an outdoor shower. Lynne even lent us robes when we asked. The only small suggestion I’d make is allowing a bit of buffer time between bookings, as part of our hour was spent getting the fire up to temperature and we felt slightly rushed knowing another couple was booked immediately after us. But the experience itself was fantastic. As for the showers—yes, there’s a 5-minute hot water timer. And it was not an issue at all. The bathroom building is stunningly designed, with dual shower heads in some rooms and open-air ceilings that let you feel connected to nature while still enjoying a luxurious shower. You push a button to start the hot water; when it runs out, it turns cold, and after two minutes it resets for another five. I had plenty of time to wash my hair without feeling rushed. Given that water is tanked in and this is a luxury eco accommodation, it makes complete sense—and honestly makes you realize you don’t always need a 20-minute ‘everything’ shower. The boardwalk to the bathroom is well-lit, and I felt completely safe—even at night. Dedicated parking spots are provided for each accommodation. The only small addition I would’ve appreciated is a small trash bin inside the tent for tissues and small items. Overall, Lynne and Paul have created something that feels personal, warm, and refreshingly intentional—like the early golden days of Airbnb, when you truly felt like a guest in someone’s thoughtfully curated home. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I can’t wait to recommend this place to anyone visiting Tasmania’s east coast.Posted on Google Michael Barlow10 April 2026 We stayed in one of the hot tub villas and it’s honestly one of those places you don’t want to leave. The villa is beautifully designed with huge ocean views, a fireplace, and everything you need to just switch off for a few days. The wood-fired hot tub is the highlight. Sitting in it overlooking the ocean (with wildlife wandering past) is pretty special, especially at sunset or under the stars. It feels private, peaceful, and a bit removed from the world in the best way. It is quite remote, so you need to come prepared with food and be happy staying in, and the hot tub does take a bit of effort to heat. But that’s part of the experience. Perfect for a quiet getaway or couples escape. Would absolutely come back.Posted on Google Steve Aiston7 April 2026 We had an amazingly relaxing stay over the Easter weekend The Villa was beautiful with an amazing view The woodfired hottub was so relaxing. The meals were delicious The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. The help to arrange flowers etc, one of the staff collected them from the florist on his way to work now that is going above and beyond Thankyou for an exceptional getaway we will be backPosted on Google Kat Shaw6 April 2026 I highly recommend Little Beach Co Resort. I had never been to Tasmania before. My holiday was to escape to nature, a balance of rest and relax and a little bit of exploring. I based myself for 9 nights Glamping and I'm so happy I did. I had little day trips up and down the east coast like up to Bay of Fires, down to Hobart, Freycinet etc every second day and rested on the other days, it was all very chill. I have returned home feeling so peaceful and relaxed and ready to get back to routine again. My stay was everything I had hoped for. I was greeted warm and kind by staff and others staying there. It was particularly great to sit with Lynne, Paul and Sarah Jane over the days and get to know them and hear their stories. The resort has a fascinating back story and to sit in Australian Flora/Fauna is really special especially with the wildlife. The Domes were AMAZING and NEXT LEVEL! The bar for glamping has been raised high here. So secure and super cozy for a glamping experience, a massive bed with electric blankets, curtains, lighting, a heater, rugs and comfy chairs all decorated beautifully. Towels, water and torches were supplied. The pathway from the Domes to the Bathhouse are lit but good to take your torch in the night to guide you. Plus the night sky was so clear and stunning. The Bathhouse is fantastic and it was rare that I saw anyone else in the Bathhouse even when the resort was fully booked. There are 4 big bathrooms with showers and a toilet and there is a separate toilet. The Bathhouse is immaculately kept and decorated beautifully and even offers a hair dryer. It is recommended for a 5min hot shower as Tasmania has been in a drought recently. Honestly that 5mins was enough and water was super hot. The Barn is a beautifully decorated communal hub where you can sit and read or eat or socialise. Most people who were visiting when i was there were sitting outside as the nights weren't cold yet. Also, the days were really really hot even though it was 23/24deg. The nights dropped to about 15deg this was late March beginning April. Even when the resort was fully booked I barely saw anyone except up around the campfire area. I had two saunas while i was there and it was fantastic. Outside of the sauna is a cold shower and the view from the decking and sauna is phenomenal especially at Full Moon. There is no sand beach but there is a trail down to rock pools and when the timing is right it was fun to swim in. The Kitchen staff were fabulous and accommodating, they are not just kitchen staff but multi-skilled employees who grow vegetables, build things, clean and build domes too. The vegetables are grown on the land and the meat/fish is locally sourced to seasonal eating which is a boon. There is the option to take your own food too. The attention to detail makes it all the more special and now they have raised the bar (I had never glamped before) it won't be easy to find another exceptional glamping experience. Also Tassie nature and land is just super stunning. The ocean was warm enough to swim in and the sand is soft and white, the national parks are just incredible and this is only the east coast. So a massive THANKYOU to Lynne and Paul for executing such a remarkable place to invite people onto and experience. I hope people visit with the respect of the land and what the nature offers. I am so incredibly grateful to have found Little Beach Co Resort. I've been and I bought the Hoody! :DPosted on Google bronwyn rogers31 March 2026 Amazing place! We stayed in the Rockpool residence. Posted on Booking AshleighMarch 17, 2025.Verified Our stay at Little Beach Resort was amazing—stunning views, a gorgeous villa, and Lynne’s exceptional hospitality made i ☺ I recently stayed in one of the Villa’s and it is in such a beautiful location! The beach views are breathtaking and it’s nice and private too (and the hot tub! my gosh it was heaven!). Lynne from Little Beach Resort went above & beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had the best stay (we had a little hiccup prior to arriving and upon calling Lynne she went out of her way to help us sort everything out). The Villa itself was gorgeous and really well set out, with lots of little bits & pieces included that made our stay even more comfortable (salt, pepper, oil, coffee and more). We also fell in love with the two beautiful dogs that call the property home! ☹ We loved everything about our stay!Posted on Booking LaurenMarch 11, 2025.Verified Amazing- a stunning experience that is hard to capture in words ☺ All of itPosted on Booking RajaniMarch 11, 2025.Verified GoodPosted on Booking GlenMarch 11, 2025.Verified Hope to return one day. The view, the accomodation, the set up of the property was the perfect location for our 30th Anniversary!! ☹ Leaving, it was such a beautiful stayPosted on Booking EmilieFebruary 27, 2025.Verified Perfect, quiet retreat ☺ Little beach resort has that chill vibe, lovely hosts, lux fixtures, bedding in the self contained cabins! Breakfast was yummy and of a generous portion. Their resident doggos were loveable too!Posted on Booking PhilippineFebruary 27, 2025.Verified Glamping at it's best ☺ Tents are very spacious, the king bed is huge and the bedding is as good as in a 5 star hotel. The common area, especially the barn is so cosy and so well equipped, a proper profesionnal kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a bar...everything you can wish for is here. The bathroom is so well thought, and so beautifully done. From the tiles, to the unique mirrors in all of them, to the double showers for couples! You can tell the owners are very detail oriented and have great taste, it just shows in the glamping. ☹ Tents are a bit close to each other, you can hear your neighbors, could be better for privacy.Load more
