Villa 4 features a king-size bed, while Villas 1, 2, and 3 offer queen-size beds.

What’s included:

Exclusive access to the retreat facilities including bar, lounge, indoor & outdoor dining, shower block and bbq & kitchen facilities.
Board room table set up for up to 10 people (room holds 26 seated)
Open fire (regulations permitting)
Arrival 3pm check in
Departure 10am check out
Catering options for lunch (please confirm this is available at the time of booking)
Parking is available at a ratio of one car per one accommodation unit. *Please be sure to confirm the full number of cars, as currently we have one car per bell tent. Additional parking is available upon request, but needs to be reserved.

Catering

The choice is yours. Either self cater for your own event using our kitchen and bbq facilities, or indulge in breakfast and dinner prepared and served by our experienced team. Catering options available for lunch, please discuss at the time of booking. Hot and cold pastries are available throughout the day for purchase at the glamping village kitchen.

Parking

We offer one car space per glamping tent. Additional spaces available for bookings. Please reserve.

Bookings & Cancellations

Minimum two night bookings, *one night available with a 50% loading.

2 months/60 days prior will receive an 75% refund.

1 month/30 days prior will receive an 60% refund.

14 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

All other cancellations will not receive a refund.

We encourage all our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
